Before delivery of the machines to the customer, OTS provides a training period in proportion to the complexity of the application, aimed at technical and operational staff.

The activity on the machine is promoted and facilitated by the care with which the instruction and maintenance manual is prepared. The production of this document represents a fundamental moment of check of the application of methods and principles of modern and rational design for a functional, durable and efficient product.

In addition to the warranty period of 24 months, OTS guarantees a highly professional service of mechanical, electrical and electronic assistance, as well as a remotely controlled service to minimize production downtime and resolve problems as quickly as possible.
